What websites have you seen that are not as popular as sites like Facebook or Google that offer unique features and what are those features?

• With millions of sites out there that are on the cutting edge of technology and only a handful of them are dominating the web, what websites have you found that have features and benefits not offered by the more popular websites? Maybe some of those sites implement a unique idea that the major social networks do not, but should. I am always looking for these types of websites and what they offer that is not seen on the elsewhere. If you have come across these websites, please list them and what unique features they offer.
