How old do I have to be to create a TV show?

What kind of a game show would you create on TV?

  I always thought a "concept artist competition" show would be great. You gather bunch of aspiring concept artist, and at the end of the show, one of them will be hired by a major game company as part of their concept art team. If you could attach a upcoming AAA title, that would be great (the next Assassin's Creed game or the next unannounced new IP from SOE, or whatever). It runs very similar to the Sci-fi "Face/Off" show about makeup artists. Every week, these artists are separated into small groups. They're given an game art production/concept art task. It can be straight up concept art creation, it can also be texture/model, ortho drawings, mat painting, marketing key art creation... etc. Each week, the show will invite a working art director from a major studio to be the judge. I got this idea after experiencing some drama running on some of the concept artist sites like conceptart.org or CG Hub. Artists are freaking drama queens, with the right set up, they can put up a good show for the audience. And more importantly, the show provides some insight of video game industry. Considering the gaming population, I feel that there're many people who would love to watch it.
