If you chose AWS S3 as the storage location then it'll cost you about $0.34 per month per user [$0.085 x 4GB].  This doesn't include transfer out costs, compute costs, CDN, etc. Also, this assumes that you aren't compressing the photos and videos. The above are extremely rough numbers just to show you the different pieces.  When you've actually identified the different variables, you'll have to calculate the costs carefully.
