What is this NES game?

• Hi guys, there was a game I used to play in my childhood on those big cabinet like consoles. I loved that game but I cannot remember the name now. Can anyone help me identify the game. I remember very vague details of the game: It was a side scrolling game, you started at left of the screen and progrssed right. It had a hero who wore green(? not very sure) pants and a vest (or not). You could punch and kick the enemies. As soon as the game started there was a villain who'd come from the right, and would die in exactly 3 punches or kicks. Edit: All villains in the first level would die in three punches. actually if I remember correctly villains were differentiated by the color of the pants they wore. If it was black it would take more punches and kicks, etc. In the 2nd or 3rd level of the game, there used to be transparent circles on the ground and we had to jump to avoid them. I don't remember anything more.. any of you have seen this game? Please tell me the name of this game?
