Quan's Kitchen in Boston is a popular late-night Chinese food fix (though how good it seems tends to vary with how late it is), and Cafe 472 has pretty good sandwiches/pizza/froyo (and free delivery!). In Cambridge, Desi Dhaba is near campus and has a great and inexpensive lunch buffet, and I also have to recommend Beantown Taqueria for Tex-Mex.

Bertucci's is good, I often go there for lunch/dinner. There are also a few ok options around Kendall Square: Cosi, Chipotle, Au Bon Pain.
Diptarka Hait
Beantown. Taqueria.

Out by Kendall Square, Clover has excellent vegetarian and vegan food (rosemary fries highly recommended), Cosi is a nice lunch spot, and Chipotle is...well, it's Chipotle. I also hear great things about the pizza at Cafe Four, which is a bit north of Kendall, but I've never had it myself. Like Trevor said, Beantown Tacqueria has great Mexican and Tex-Mex. It's just across the street from Flour. If you're ordering delivery, there are a lot more options, but I'll note that Fin's has really excellent Japanese food. Wings Over Somerville is popular for large events, meetings, etc., although usually in conjunction with a vegetarian option.

At least for me: To get delivery: Fins, Bon Chon Chicken from Allston (Not from Harvard), Chili Duck, Pepper Sky. To go to: Buk Kyung (Best Chinese style Korean food), H Mart, Tofu House in Allston (Not Harvard)
