How much can I earn from google adsense or yahoo adsense?

What is a rough estimate of how much revenue a site can earn with Google AdSense?

  • Can you give me a very rough estimate of much revenue you can earn with Google AdSense in relation to the amount of visitors? I know it depends on content and other factors, but I'm interested in whether it's smart to embed Google AdSense in a site rather than how much revenue it returns.

  • Answer:

With correct ad placement and a niche not too technical you can aim for a minimum of $5 eCPM which is fine to me since you can also add other ads such as in-text ads from infolinks/kontera and of course affiliates links as well as CPM ad networks. Here's my own adsense earnings for 2010, I'm satisfied with themĀ  since I need way less to live on: http://www.best-reviewer.com/how-much-money-does-james-colin-make-1976.htm
