What is the easiest way to automatically generate a daily e-mail from an RSS feed?

I want to get a daily e-mail every time someone posts a craigslist ad with certain specifications. I have the RSS feed for that, but not sure how to turn it into a daily e-mail. Is there a free service that does that? Looking for something very simple: You enter an RSS feed URL, check some options (frequency of e-mail, e-mail addresses, etc.) and press submit.
