How can I get a developer job at foreign location without a degree in computer science or related field?

You'll definitely need to prove your mettle before you can aspire to land that job. What experience do you have as a future pass out candidate? How can you relate that experience to CS or related field? How much does that experience count towards CS field? These are some of the answers you need to find before you start gearing up for a job at non-Indian location. What would prove your mettle could be either your successful tech start up in CS field, or multiple high impact contributions to Open Source community etc. As you are not from the field, you'd be measured for what you have contributed to the field, before being considered.
