The quick answer is you can send AdWords clicks directly to the product landing page and place your link in the destination url. The better answer is think very carefully before you do. AdWords does allow affiliate advertising but most ClickBank advertisers wind up getting suspended due to AdWords policies on landing pages. Most click bank products do not conform to AdWords policies even if they claim to be "AdWords safe". If you do get suspended it is almost impossible to have the suspension lifted because Google would require you to fix the landing page first which you probably cannot do. Even if you send traffic first to your own site if your site is linked to a low quality ClickBank page it will still be a problem. You don't want to put your AdWords account at risk without doing more research.
