Are online custom research services real?

Where can I find reports of research about cloud services for countries like Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia?

I was mainly looking for information on cloud telephony or hosted PBX services, but there seems to be less research on this in these countries. So I searched for research papers or articles on cloud adoption and services in these countries and was unable to find any. I just want to know the cloud adoption rates, SaaS adoption rates, what specific cloud services are used, what might be the price of such services, services like hosted PBX or hosted communication, etc
