What can you do with a Ph.D in computer science?

What are the course options for MS/PHD for a student having an computer science engineering and MBA in marketing background . I would love to study further on management, looking for course options where I can use my tech skills as well.

Is there any overlap between this two courses? I would love to know if anyone can offer more insight on this.

Given that you have added "jobs in the US" as a topic, I would suggest simply getting a job, rather than more education, and seeing what it is you really need after you've been working in the field for a while.
