What are some ways to easily create FTP accounts (with no-IT skills) for clients on a dedicated server?

1. FTP is deprecated due to security issues. And enabling in all but limited situations is considered bad security practices. 2. Assuming it is an Unix/BSD/Linux server, enabling SSH access will allow you to use SFTP. Filezilla is a nice graphical client to use.
