Is Columbia University better than UMass Amherst for an MS in computer science?

Which is better - an MS in Computer Science from Florida Tech or an MS in Computer Science from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee?

Please tell in what terms is one university and its course is better than the other so I have fair amount of idea to make a decision on my own. Categories like research, algorithms course, AI course, game design course, challenging assignments and employment opportunities may be taken into consideration. Thank you !

I can relate your situation with me as i am graduating this semester from UW-Milwaukee with MS in Computer Science. I definitely can't comment on Florida Tech. UWM has top notch faculty for Algorithms. If your dream is to get into companies like Google, Facebook, Apple, Amazon etc. Please join UWM and stay focused on Algorithms and Data Structures. Research - Yes, shoot emails to Professors of your research interest.AI - Some AI courses are offered like Robot Motion Planning and few facultyGame Design - I never heard of any game design coursesChallenging Assignments - Yes in all Algorithm coursesEmployment Opportunities - My Asian friends got interviews from Google, E-Bay and AirBnB.Finally it depends on your planning, time management skills and focus when coming to Graduate school.
