Answer:
Aloe Vera doesn't "work". Work is moving things. To rephrase your question, "What are the healthy uses of Aloe Vera gel?" First. Don't eat the green skin. Diarrhea problem. USES. 1. You can use Aloe Vera gel to coat your skin. It dries in moments. Use it for sunburn, rashes, and as a protective layer (after washing your skin with soap and warm water). Try it. Spoon the gel off the green skin and rub the inside skin directly onto your legs or face. 2. You can eat Aloe Vera gel too. It is supposed to be very good for your intestines. Eat a few raw tablespoons full or up to a cup a day. When I eat several tablespoons of Aloe Vera gel I feel noticeably good the next day. (I will think about writing a better description of the envigorated feeling I have hours after eating Aloe Vera gel.) I highly recommend it. Found it. I have never felt so healthy and alive. E lucevan le stelle from Tosca by Giacomo Puccini. My cat eats it too whenever I offer it. Half a teaspoon. I grow it in big pots in my yard. Last year, I saw large, long leaves of Aloe Vera for sale in a grocery store for $3 each. When I went back it was no longer offered. Dehydrated Aloe Vera gel is rather expensive. Aloe Vera is grown on plantations in Mexico.

For example, Anti-oxidants like minerals (zinc, magnesium, selenium), enzymes (catalase and superoxide dismutase), amino acids (cysteine, anthraquinones) and vitamins (B2, B6, E and C) make Aloe vera one of the most powerful skin repairing herbs. Aloe vera is 96-97% water, thus hydrates normal to oily skin without clogging the pores, however for dry skin additional moisturizing ingredient like olive oil or oats would be needed. Anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and skin repairing actions along with amino acids present in Aloe vera make it a very good anti-ageing remedy. Aloe Vera is a stemless or very short-stemmed succulent plant and stores water in its prickly and bitter leaves, which are thick and fleshy. It looks somewhat similar to a cactus plant. The leaves produce two substances â a) the translucent gel, which is more or less water with seVeral other nutrients mixed in and b) the sap â a yellow-coloured liquid stuck to the skin of the plant from the inside, which is also known as aloe latex. Although Aloe is about 99% water, the remaining 1% is extremely powerful and it is this 1% which makes it an ingredient in cosmetics, skin creams, ointments and other cool stuffs.Check this link to know more about Aloe Vera: https://anengineersutopia.wordpress.com/2016/04/10/the-plant-of-immortality/

When consumed, Aloe Vera balances digestion and helps flush out harmful toxins from the body. It has the ability to prevent damage to Epithelial cells â the ones present internally in the gut, bronchi, and genital tracts. Aloe Vera also increases the absorption of nutrients and helps in liver function. It is a great body coolant and reduces the Pitta in the body. It easily takes care of mild cuts, bruises, and insect stings and invites more blood flow to the wounded areas. It also has antibacterial and antifungal traits. Do you want to know how do you prepare it or what are the benefits? Here is one that I have. It is more easy to buy the whole plant so you have all the leafs and take one by one. Before having it I used to buy each leaf at the market. I am not pregnant, not even have allergies, I donât know if the persons with those states can drink. Before you drink or eat the plant you should mantain them in water so that the iodine falls. You -must not- drink the iodine, it is dangerous for the eyes and more, neither the skin just what is inside. The iodine is yellow and then turns into red, and stains horribly the floor or clothes. What I do is leave them two days in water and change four times the water. To make it easier I cut it in parts. here is the extract of aloe vera completely cleaned and with honey you can use the inner skin of the plant to apply it on your skin to eliminate skin spots. This is the aloe vera with the herbs :) For me this way is tasty and more effective, like a tea. If you donât use the whole leaf, the rest can be saved in the fridge. After drinking it I feel my hair and skin softer, it is like the skin gets hydrated from inside out (not superficially). It also helps the stomach to recover. I have read that it helps to avoid cancer or recover from cancer treatments.
