http://ee.stanford.edu/gradhandbook/Program_Information:Ph.D._Degree The information provided in the link specifies that if I hold a master's degree I can transfer up to 45 units for a PhD program. I am a graduating with a bachelors degree, can I still transfer units taken in the graduate level? (EE 226A, EE 229A, EE 225B)

Answer:
Anecdotally from the Stanford CS department: if you can convince your advisor, it can be done. The CS Master's program allowed you to pass out of certain courses, but did not transfer any units. This was done by printing out course outline from both schools and presenting them for comparison by your advisor.
