Before you answer this question you should really consider the true purpose of your FB page and what your long term goals are! For example, are you using the page as a tool for customer acquisition or for improving customer relations? it is not about the numbers but about the engagement. I really like that FB have included "talking about this", you should aim to have this number as high as you can.
