What is a good paying job in the computer industry?

I am currently a Computer Science student. I feel that learning programming languages isn't as important as data structures and algorithms. So what should I do in the next two years to develop a good overall knowledge and land a well paying job in the IT industry?

  • Suggestions on MIT open courseware and related self learning methods are very welcome. Personal case studies would also come very handy.
