What can you do with a marketing or finance degree?

I am a BBA graduate in marketing and finance. I wish to work with United Nations (preferably in UNICEF). What should be my course of action? Can I get employed right now or what master's degree should I get?

Human rights, Women Empowerment, Free education for all is what I believe in and what to give my life towards. It would be great if you could help me out not just as a volunteer for UN but policymaker or someone at management level.
