What are the benefits of Titanium Appcelerator commercial support plans?

  • We have one developer currently in the "Indie" paid  support program. However, unusually for a paid support program, people who pay $50/month can not open support cases of their own but  only have read only access to cases opened by others.  The only other paid support version available is the Enterprise version that seems geared towards large shops and for which price is not quoted.  The IOS version of the product seems not to need that much support, but Android support in the Titanium platform appears to be not as robust perhaps due to the plethora of devices out there. What is the experience of other developers here using the paid support plans of Titanium Appcelerator in terms of cost/benefit?
