Are there any good Twitter apps for Windows mobile?

Why aren't Windows apps beautiful?

• I haven't used Mac till now, but I have seen tons of Mac apps which are awesomely designed, for example, I can have FeedDemon for Windows, but it isn't beautiful, but Reeder for Mac is stunningly neat. TweetDeck for Windows isn't polished, but Twitter for Mac is. Why?

  I guess it's just the people who design UI who need to take the blame. I've seen a fair share of software for Windows which is superbly designed. Microsoft Office 2010, MetroTwit (that's a Twitter app if you didn't know), Mozilla Firefox (after v4, I think it looks rather elegant) and the list goes on. But, at the end of the day there's only so much the devs can do when writing apps for Windows. Mac has always been the good looking one, but that stereotype is going away. Hopefully, with the advent of the Metro UI we should be looking at some great stuff in a couple of years. We also need to understand that writing a Windows app is much more difficult than writing apps for Mac, because there are lots of different hardware on which the app has to work. Also, most of the users are still stuck with Windows XP which means the app has to be compatible with XP as well. Macintosh on the other hand doesn't have problems like that. The hardware and the software is both made by Apple which means you don't have a huge ecosystem to worry about when it comes to compatibility.
