How many Google AdWords promotional codes can be used?

Could using a different domain for Google Adwords purposes affect my Google Places listing if the website will have  the same physical address?

• 2 websites, same mailing location - different URLs - 1st used for main landing site (seo), Adwords, and Google Places.  2nd site  used just for Adwords to increase CTR and conversion.  2nd site is needed as the service isn't getting much clickthroughs due to the focus of the main domain url keywords.  Is there any potential to negatively affect my Google Places listing by launching a 2nd site?  Should I not allow google to index the 2nd site that will have the duplicate physical mailing address and business name using a robot.txt file?

  The short answer is yes: having 2 domains in AdWords both using Google Places extension can affect the Google Maps listing. Google Maps will combine multiple business information if companies share the same physical address. http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Places/thread?tid=7646dec4dd62ab1d&hl=en It's important to note Google considers having multiple listing on Google Maps for the same business an attempt to "spam" search engine results. For example, I could create multiple shell businesses at the same location for the purpose of stacking the listings in my favor. This is why Google combines listings with the same address and/or phone number.
