The United States of Mexico, The United State of America, and Canada seem different than most places in the world. What are the differences between them and the rest of the world? Culturally? Politically? Genetic diversity? Artistically?

Answer:
I have never understood why so many People in the U.S. Refer to places like Paris as Paris France, or London as "London England". I appreciate that there might be some tin pot town or village with the same name as Paris or London in some US state, but the rest of the world just assumes that you mean these well known capitals. Why don't US citizens?
