How can I create a memorial website, that will allow people to post comments and memories and pictures?

• I'd like to create a memorial website for a close friend who recently died. I'd like people to be able to post text, and also perhaps pictures. I've found this Quora thread, which has some ideas, but it's a couple of years old and might not reflect the most recent options: What is the best free website for creating an online memorial for a deceased loved one?  I'd like to have a site that allows people to submit longer recollections if they like - not limited to the normal small comment box that websites often have, which seems to encourage people to limit their comments to the size of the comment box. Thanks for any ideas and suggestions anyone can offer.

  Have you seen the disqus comment box system?  I started using it recently and it allows people to post photos, comments and login via either: facebook, twitter, Google+ or the disqus system itself. It's used by tens of thousands of websites including the Telegraph newspaper website: http://www.telegraph.co.uk ... It's easy to integrate to any website/page - just copy and dump the code into your page and viola...
