As an European should I incorporate here or would it be better in terms of funding and future acquisition to do it in America?
-
I have an app rising in popularity but I didn't incorporate yet.

Answer:
Unless you are planning to relocate to America i don't see a reason to register your company outside of Europe. Registering a UK Ltd is fairly easy and you can do it from anywhere in Europe. In the last few years, the funding and support of European start ups has grown considerably, so if you have a good idea you should not have much trouble finding the support you need to grow. Of course, Silicon valley is silicon valley, and if you are up for moving there, I would never say anything against that, except: http://www.theguardian.com/media-network/media-network-blog/2014/feb/17/europe-silicon-valley-tech-startups-funding
