Is Florida Institute of Technology a good university?

Which university should I prefer for Master of Science in Management: University of Florida or Worcester Polytechnic Institute?

    I'm admittedly biased as a UF alumni, but I think you would get alot out of the Masters in Management program. Gainesville is quite safe and Warrington is a great value, but your situation is very individual. Information on tuition is publicly available on the website, and I know Gainesville has a very affordable cost of living compared to the rest of US. As far as employment statistics go, you should be able to get that information as well from the schools. I know UF is one of the most highly regarded institutions in Florida and based on my experience, you would not regret deciding to go there. Go Gators!

I go to Worcester Polytechnic Institute and I have to agree with the above. Go with University of Florida. I'll rate WPI World Recognition: Almost none except the East Coast of the US. I'm from the west coast and they look at me like I'm crazy when I mention WPI. Job/internship opportunity: Fairly good opportunities. Safety: I would not recommend walking around very late on campus anywhere other than on campus. Convenience: Very inconvenient as it is an hour and 15 minutes from Logan International Airport in Boston. Tuition: Too expensive for what it is. Value in local area: Zero value. Worcester is the armpit of Massachusetts.

University of Florida, World Recognition is OK,  but national and regional recognition outstanding voted best value by US News and World Report Job/ Internship Opportunity very good. Exposure, check around your town or city , there are alumni everywhere Safety- Outside of Danny Rollins and Aaron Hernandez, very safe Convenience- The town is the University, you really never have to leave campus, and buses take you everywhere free with a GatorID Tuition-One of the lowest in state tuitions, and out of state Value in Local Area- Great, but most people don't want to stay in their college town after graduation
