What is feasible technology?

What would be a good two word description for the skill in being about to find the right/new technology for companies to solve business problems?

• I have been trying to come up with a simple two-word description for the following task/skillset: A person who learns about all different sorts of technology and figures out how to integrate them into other business processes to improve revenue or product awareness. Terms like the ones below do not seem to play right due to the negative connotations:  - Technology Strategy - just means you think about the tech but do not implement or have ownership over the end result (authority over responsibility)  - Technology Implementation/Integrator - means you are the IT staff the builds/codes/deploys the some technology solution  - Technology Evangelist - sounds like a person who basically preaches about the use of a technology because of the "love" of the tech rather than the best tech for the business problem at hand.  - Technology Consultant - now you are a consultant who does technology - almost too ambiguous
