How to improve communication and expressive skills?

I'm an average guy who worked very hard to be in a top ten MBA institute in India. How do I improve my communication skills?

• I always knew that my communication skills were not up to the mark, but after joining an MBA program, I've realized I don't have any communication skills. I've lost all my confidence. How do I improve my communication skills.

  Your Intelligent and smart , it just that your weak in communication its something you can improve  Start  speaking English , it might seem speaking English all the time is  weird   int like amongst friends ,but if you wish to improve you should. Stop  caring about the grammatical mistakes , speaking the right words all  time because you need to get confident about speaking in public plus  friends and family might correct you. After you've done the first two things then focus on grammar, pronunciation and intonation etc.
