What is a tidy folder structure for PHP libraries in MAMP?
-
I have installed MAMP in /Applications/MAMP/. I have installed Zend in /usr/local/zend. I want to install the facebook PHP library. I'm thinking what's a tidy folder structure for such libraries? Should I move zend within the MAMP folder? If at some point I want to uninstall MAMP I may still need the libraries for my IDE.

Answer:
Put them in /usr/local/php/vendor, something like /usr/local/zend :) And don't forget to add this path into the include_dir of your php.ini
