CAT preparation for Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering?? For GATE GK publications books are good but also go through the textbooks in Engineering course. For CAT, there are a lot of books that might help you like Tata Macgraw Hill Publication's, Author: Arun sharma. Hope this helps.

I suppose I can suggest you for CAT. Usually Arun Sharma is good and go for TIME material for practice. Substantial effort should be on practice not theory.
