How can I get Google to add an information box for my website?

That may show up if your brand has a Wikipedia or Freebase entry that Google feels confident is your brand. The other way to get one is to have a verified Google+ page and post regularly to it. Verify the page by linking to your official site from the main link on the page and linking back to the page from your site.
