Why do people love vandalizing goods? Is it because the animal instinct still persists or is it because everyone is frustrated and needs an outlet?

Answer:
I believe it has to do with the fact that they want to be remembered. Many a time have I seen a name carved into a rock or written on a wall or table. People have this fear of not leaving a legacy, so they immortalize themselves through vandalism, so that someday, someone will know "Daniel was here".

I would say you've already answered your question! I think that the 'animalistic' behaviour you are referring to is actually the primitve way of releasing frustration. So yeah. The vandalistic behaviour is probably a result of the build-up of frustration.
