What is art like in the south of France?

What are the best Masters' degree programs for art management in Europe? (especially in France?)?

    I'm not familiar with all the options, but the two in the Netherlands (Utrecht and, I think Rotterdam) are highly regarded.  There's an association called ENCACT (European Network of Cultural Administration Training Centers) whose website will list most of the ones in Europe.  American programs can be found at http://artsadministration.org.  Curricula are similar but the flavor is different depending on whether the program is hosted in an art department, a business school, or a public policy/nonprofit management school.
