Do you ever get an opportunity to be a part of a brotherhood or something like a fraternity after undergraduate college in America?
-
I mean get to be friends with a group of guys you can consider brothers. Due to my circumstances (going to a school that doesn't have greek life) I did not get to be in a fraternity.

Answer:
There are various "service organizations" such as the Kiwanis Club, Masons, Eagles, etc. that act like fraternities. Some of them are vaguely religious, some have reputations as being racist and/or misogynist so caveat emptor. You apply to be a member of some, and you get asked by others if you want to join.
