We as a social media agency work on a lot of creative campaign ideas, many of them take shape in either a format of mindmap or a powerpoint presentation. How do we collate all these ideas, make it searchable and create interesting workflow out of it ?

Answer:
There's a lot of different ways to collate and put ideas down, but it sounds like what you want is a way to develop and make these ideas happen. I work for a company that creates idea management software. To explain that simply, it's an online platform that allows you and other employees in your network to post challenges and ideas, comment and discuss them, vote on them, and then, as an admin, allows you to approve them and see which ideas amongst your group are getting the most buzz and interaction. It creates an easy to use workflow, and you can always search for ideas, see the highest contributors, and do all sorts of other things with the platform. Our platform is simple to use and easy to customise, so employees that don't have much technical knowledge or expertise can use it without a fuss. It utilises some of the social networking elements people are already using (voting, liking, following, etc.) to make it easier for people to adapt and use the software. The benefit with us as an idea management software provider is that we're a startup and we're willing to work with our clients to make our solution flexible and really customised for them. We have people utilising our software currently for all different reasons from a big media client we can't name right now that's using it to track ideas for television shows, radio, and other media to The Independent Commission on Mental Health and Policing who are using our software to conduct a large public consultation on the performance of the London Met. Each solution we craft is highly customised for the individual company, which makes it much better than a general out of the box solution. It sounds like you might want to consider utilising an idea management platform, not just for your creative social media team, but for your entire business. Good luck!
