Hi...I'm a student of b.tech biotechnology....(nit durgapur).After b.tech there is no job in biotech field.I am interested in computer science.I'm confused about my career. Pls suggest me the best way to shift to computer Page on Science there any way?

First of all you will have to decide in which field of computer science you have to go. Basically there are mainly three areas - Research - Although I am not trying to discourage you but since you are looking for a job this area won't suit you also as you don't have a computer science background it might be a little bit difficult. Web development - It involves developing/designing websites and web applications.Web development requires that you learn some programming language like JavaScript, PHP, Ruby , CSS etc.With almost everything going online there is a huge requirement of developers who can do web development i.e. make websites and other web based applications. Downside is not a very good pay as compared to 3. Software development - It involves learning some programming language like C++, C# , Java , Python etc. This can get you a better job if you improve your programming skills by making small applications like Android Apps or other software and do competitive coding on websites like CodeChef, SPOJ etc. One can easily learn these languages by following such courses on MIT, Stanford or any other university.Certainly with time a passion develops about softwares and you may start enjoying the whole exercise.
