How to get numbers from contacts in android?

I'm creating a call centre company. Where can I find information on the software used for this kind of business, and where do I get the contacts/numbers from?

Auto Dialers are widely available as well, but if I were starting up, I'd watch the auctions carefully, so many telemarketing firms get shut down and the government just auctions off the equipment for a lot less than you'd pay elsewhere.
