How to get numbers from contacts in android?

I'm creating a call centre company. Where can I find information on the software used for this kind of business, and where do I get the contacts/numbers from?

  • I'm struggling to find out what software is used to make the actual calls from a Call Centre. I also can't understand where people get the huge of amount of contacts to call?

  • Answer:

Unless you have lots of inbound traffic, you will be forced to buy your lists.  there are lots of providers: http://www.datamangroup.com/telemarketing-call-lists.php http://www.caldwell-list.com/telemarketing-lists/ there are hundreds of others, just do a google search for telemarketing lists, but keep in mind, you get what you pay for.  If you get a real cheap list, you very well could have to scrub it for numbers on the DNC lists (Federal and State).  Usually best to get a clean list, somewhat targeted to your demographic needs, even if it is slightly more expensive. Auto Dialers are widely available as well, but if I were starting up, I'd watch the auctions carefully, so many telemarketing firms get shut down and the government just auctions off the equipment for a lot less than you'd pay elsewhere. But here are some places you can pick up a unit or three. This is a good list that includes rented solutions and owned http://voices.yahoo.com/top-10-predictive-dialers-call-centers-power-dialers-6172302.html Make sure your dialer works with the Call Center software you use (the places I've worked that had call centers had home grown systems, but I hear LeadMaster is very good) Good Luck...
