I have created an app like muro which is hosted as a Facebook app. You can visit it here: http://apps.facebook.com/pineloapp/ - although for some reason it's showing a blank page right now. The code is hosted on Github here: https://github.com/alexmic/pinelo. The files you should check out to see how the drawing is done are, Palette.js, Brush.js and all the brush files in the brushes/ directory.
