Are there any map-pin apps for Facebook and also for a website?

What I want to do is be able to pin the locations of the people that I help with coaching and teaching. My motto is helping humanity one person at a time and this would be something awesome to have on facebook page and website (as an embed or widget). Anyone know of anything that will accomplish this and not just map facebook friends?

You can create a custom Google Map and embed as a widget in both your site and your Facebook page. Try https://mapsengine.google.com/map/?pli=1 After adding the pins, share your map as "public", click the folder icon an select "embed" option to get the code you need to use this map within your site/page.
