There is an application made by http://Salesforce.com employee (but not supported by http://Salesforce.com) called SF3. It syncs calendars and contacts from http://Salesforce.com using the API to Mac Address Book and iCal. You will need the right http://Salesforce.com license that can access the API, but it does work. http://www.pocketsoap.com/osx/sf3/
