Is there a program to organize folders?

What is the best program to organize a database of film locations so that it can be accessed online?

  • I have a a very large database of pictures of filming locations all over Spain and I need find a program that will let me organize them as well as being able to access them online. I think even a simple online service that organizes things by folders would work but if it let me tag photos as well that would be a big plus.

Lightroom lets you do this in your own PC. Just enter the GPS coordinates, manually, or by the automated methods. It's very convenient when searching a huge archive. Of course tagging images with the name of the region, national park, city, state, county, and street is useful too.
