What are the good reasons to upgrade to Visual Studio 2013?

Answer:
I can tell you a big con for me was the lack of SQL Server Data Tools integration. I was able to create and edit SSIS packages in VS 2012 but still no support for 2013...using the SQL Server Data Tools VS 2010 shell is just a bad workaround.
