What is the best way to record an iOS game trailer?

• I've been making a cool game for iPhone, and here I have a huge problem of making a trailer. Now if you search the web, most common answer is to have a screen capture software capture a video of your game from iphone simulator. Now I don't know what kind fo computers do others have, but my macbook pro really slows down the frame rate when a screen capture software is on recording ( I tried lots of them). Other solution is to record with camera an actual device, but then it looks odd and fingers really don't let people to see the screen. Also people suggest to jailbreak the phone and install software to do this.. but I love my not jailbroken iPhone.. Is there a way to stream entire video from iphone to computer and record it form there? or any other solution that actually works? If you had such an experience I would love to know :) What kind of software you suggest or any sites/blogs that have a great info on this topic.
