Where are the best rock climbing locations in Bangalore?

  • Answer:

    There is an artificial climbing wall right outside of Kanteerava Stadium. It is accessible to anyone with your own rope. While it was empty when I was there, people say this is where local climbers hang out.

Ramnagar-am is where you can go. It is 50kms from Bangalore and is a well known destination for this adventure sport. Turahalli is another destination - it is just 8kms from Banashankari (located off Kanakpura road). Nandi Hills is another choice.
