My Google Adsense account got banned. Can I reapply with a new account and different details?

They won't allow you to reapply, though you can appeal your ban. From experience, I can tell you that them considering an appeal is a long stretch. AdSense is really sensitive and almost ridiculous with how they handle publishers.

Well there are two things. First your adserving is discontinued that happens for a single site, that too only for going against Terms and Conditions of Adsense. Second is when you don't take any measures to comply with the Adsense policies again. Or you do anything illegal like clicking your own ads. That is when you get banned. In case of first condition, you can appeal to restart adserving. In case of second issue, you need to apply again but with different address. You may also try using q different Google account.

Yes you can reapply with a different name and a different address but you need to follow this steps for doing it. If it for any chance say that your account is not completely banned then I guess you are done.Step2) Change your website Ip address, (i.e go for a new hosting)Step3) Use A fresh Gmail address( Yup A fresh Gmail address is must needed).Step4) Don't use the same home Address, try giving different or something else like twisting the number or home names.Step 5) At the payment section use different payee name and bank details. If paypal address then change give a new paypal.Step 6) You are done, your adsense will be approved and will remain forever :)Don't try to submit them a mail as it's automated according to me.
