How do I add a link to my video on YouTube?

How do I add a "buy on iTunes"  link on a YouTube video?

  • Holcombe Waller has created his own original content &  posted a music video for his track on YouTube. (In addition to being featured on NPR, IndieFeed, etc, he's also currently the Starbucks artist of the week.)  However, he seems unable to add his own iTunes tracks to his  YouTube videos via self-service tools, and there aren't any available resources instructing on how to do this.  Does anyone know if adding these links to iTunes tracks are an exclusive biz-dev type relationship between YouTube & specific artists on iTunes? Or are there self-serve options for linking an iTunes track to a YouTube video?

Go to iTunes, go to ur song, put curser over where it says "buy this song" or somewhere right next to it, then right click, select "copy shortcut, and paste it in the description. Good luck!

I think this is what you're looking for.  It's a little long to describe here.  See if this does it for you.

I was informed by you tube that you can NOT use an annotation to link to any outside source ( web site..CD Baby...I Tunes etc. )unless you have a Brand acct. which according to them unless you're Coca Cola or  Nike  you can't afford. You CAN however put you're URL link in the video  description that you wrote located  beneath your video and simply write an annotation in your video  and DIRECT them there.  That's all I know for now..Hope it is helpful and correct.
