I have good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and SQL. What else should I learn and how can I become a part-time web-designer to earn some bucks? I am a CSE undergrad student (doing B.Tech, in India). I want to earn some bucks during my college years, being a web-designer.
