I think the RSS feed for #jobs would be http://search.twitter.com/search.atom?q=%23jobs An alternative might be to use one of the Twitter widgets and set it to capture the results of your search for a hashtag. The widgets can be found at https://twitter.com/about/resources/widgets and probably the one you want is the Search one - https://twitter.com/about/resources/widgets/widget_search
