In your opinion, which is the best livable town/city in Germany?

Where can I find an example contract which transfers intellectual property insofar as is possible in Germany?

  • I'm running in to a situation in which one party to a contract received a legal opinion that the YCombinator documents' IP transfer clauses are not valid in Germany, due to Germany's extensive limitations on IP transfer, such as the impossibility of true irrevocability and certain parts of copyright being non-transferrable in any form.  We understood that there are evidently ways to accomplish more or less the same thing in Germany, but the wording has to be just-so.  And I know it exists:  The HackFwd Geek Agreement (http://hackfwd.s3.amazonaws.com/system/documents/4bd998/97aeae296382000002/geek_agreement_v1.2.pdf) references an amendment for IP transfer that is not posted publicly along with their other documents, one that I can only assume is valid in Germany.  But I'm having trouble finding an actual example anywhere. Ein Mustervertrag auf Deutsch wäre mehr als genug. Danke in vorheraus!
