Are there any apps in Android where we can set the alarm time to be 1 hour after the present time instead of absolute time?

My handset does not support Google now (android 4.0.4). Screw you samsung for promised update and still delaying

Actually, one of the best is right there on your device already. It is called Clock (by Android) and you can set both elapsed time alarms as well as countdown alarms on it along with setting a specific day/date/time including repeats. It is pretty versatile and it works good.

You can use Google now to set an alarm. EDIT: The question has now been modified. Since your Samsung phone does not support Google Now. I suggest that you try to use Samsung's own voice recognition software, S-Voice.
