What host can i hook a usb external hard drive to?

What exactly do I need to buy in order to hook up an internal hard drive as an external hard drive via USB?

• I have two hard drives pulled out of my old Dell desktops before the desktops went to the Great LAN Party in the Sky. The hard drives are the following specific models: A Western Digital model WD800BB-75CAA0 A Western Digital model WD1600AAJB What exactly do I need to purchase to hook these drives up to a modern desktop computer externally via USB?  I don't have enclosures or power cords or anything else. Do I just need enclosures + USB cables or something else too? Please be specific -- i.e. list specific products that I should buy not general kinds of products -- as I am pretty dumb when it comes to this stuff.
